Return Policy
At FlappyToys, every product is created with love, care, and attention to detail. Our goal is to give your little ones a safe, fun, and enriching experience while giving parents peace of mind.
Before leaving our warehouse, each product goes through multiple stages of quality checks in our in-house test lab, where we carefully test for:
- Safety standards: Child-safe materials, non-toxic finishes, and no sharp edges.
- Durability: Strength, sturdiness, and long-lasting use.
- Functionality: Every feature working exactly as intended.
- Packaging protection: Ensuring safe transit .
Because of these strict checks, we are confident that products delivered from our side are in perfect condition. For this reason, FlappyToys cannot be held responsible for any damage after delivery caused by usage, handling, or external factors.
Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used, as it cannot be resold or reused.
Refund & Replacement Policy
FlappyToys is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products. However, in exceptional cases where a product is delivered damaged (leakage, breakage, incorrect product delivered, or missing items) due to transit, a refund or exchange may be initiated following a thorough review and verification.
To process such requests smoothly:
- Please provide an unboxing video (recommended) or clear photos of the product and packaging.
- If a package arrives visibly tampered, damaged, or defected, kindly refuse to accept it from the delivery partner.
- In case your order is marked “delivered” but not received, inform us at +91 6354537989 within 3 days of the delivery update. Beyond this period, refunds cannot be processed.
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original payment source within 7 working days of approval.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded to the customer’s bank account within 4–7 working days of receiving details.
- Once a refund is initiated, we will provide all details including transaction ID and screenshots for complete transparency.
Cancellation Policy
Order cancellations can be processed only before dispatch from our warehouse. A payment gateway fee of 2.5% will be deducted from the refund amount.
For paid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The exact timeline may vary slightly depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing policies.
